Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 7, 2026

The Behold & Blossom Group™, including its studio Behold & Blossom Design Studio (“Behold & Blossom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit beholdandblossom.com (the “Site”), including when you submit an inquiry, sign up for updates, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact/Inquiry Form: first name, last name, email address (required), phone number (optional), selected service(s) of interest, type of space, and any project details you share with us. If you provide a phone number, we use it only to respond to your inquiry by call or text — we do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties for their own use.
  • Shop Waitlist: your email address, if you sign up to be notified when our Shop launches.
  • Correspondence: any information you provide when you email us directly or message us on social media (e.g., Instagram).

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: we use Lovable's built-in analytics tool to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, referring pages, device/browser type, and general location (e.g., city/region), to help us understand how visitors use the Site.
  • reCAPTCHA: our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sends it to Google to help detect and prevent spam and abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers or financial account details) through the Site at this time. If our Shop launches with e-commerce functionality, this Policy will be updated to describe any payment and shipping information collected at that time.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your project;
  • Provide, operate, and improve the Site and our services;
  • Notify you when our Shop becomes available, if you've requested this;
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, spam, or fraudulent activity;
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve content and design;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising purposes.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (EU/UK Visitors)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — for example, when you voluntarily submit the contact form or sign up for Shop updates. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
  • Legitimate interests — for example, understanding how our Site is used and keeping it secure, provided these interests are not outweighed by your rights.
  • Legal obligation — where processing is necessary to comply with the law.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site, such as our website platform (Lovable) and Google (for reCAPTCHA), each of which processes data according to their own privacy policies;
  • Legal authorities, if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets involving Behold & Blossom or The Behold & Blossom Group.

5. International Data Transfers

Behold & Blossom is based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information you provide will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses used by our service providers) for such transfers.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

7. Your Privacy Rights

All Visitors

You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request that we delete it.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

EU/UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@beholdandblossom.com.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site secure and functional, and to understand how visitors interact with our content.

Analytics Storage

With your consent, we load analytics tools that store small identifiers (such as cookies or local storage entries) to collect information like pages visited, time on site, referring pages, and device/browser type. This data is used only to improve the Site and is not sold or shared for advertising purposes. If you decline analytics, these identifiers are not stored and no analytics data is collected about your visit.

Managing Your Consent

When you first visit the Site, a cookie banner asks you to accept or decline analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for beholdandblossom.com and refreshing the page — the banner will reappear so you can update your preference. Essential cookies required for security and form functionality cannot be disabled.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as Instagram) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
